Roy has an extensive background in sales and marketing in the music industry. Beginning his career working for a major record company (Polygram Records), he then spent 13 years in MI/Pro Audio retail, and more recently 4 years in MI/Pro Audio distribution. Roy has intimate knowledge of the workings of the industry and over the years has gained credibility as a hard working and trusted advocate of the companies he has represented. He has forged many excellent business relationships. Formerly with Music Link, Australia’s largest and most respected independent distributor, Roy was responsible for the sales and marketing of many well known, world class MI and Pro Audio brands.
Michael Adams - Director: Based in the USA
Michael has an extensive knowledge of MI and Pro Audio products and has excelled in many fields within the music products industry. Based in our USA office, Michael draws upon his knowledge of retail and distribution as well as his successes as a musician/producer to satisfy our clients within the music industry. Formerly with Music Link Australia, where held the position of Territory Manager in Australia's largest market (NSW), Michael has a strong background in the sales and distribution of many world class MI and Pro Audio brands and products. Michael has proven himself to be a trusted and hard working advocate for all his clients.
Though they share the same surname, Michael and Roy are not related. They have, however, worked closely together over many years and have formed a unique and highly professional working relationship. Both are focused, hard working and entrepreneurial individuals that, first and foremost, have a true passion for the music industry and a love of music and audio products.
Sean Humphries - Asia Pacific Sales Manager: Based in Hong Kong.
Sean is an Australian who comes from an extensive background in the music/audio products industry. He worked at Music Link Australia, one of the biggest independent distributors, and managed brands such as Korg, Mackie, KRK, and Ableton. He has an impeccable record in Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Campaign Management, OEM Business Development, Account Management, Brand Development, Online Sales Development & Demonstration of a wide spectrum of Professional Audio and Music Technology products. Sean will work side by side with Roy and Michael on account management of our Asia Pacific distributors as well as OEM management services.
Support Staff
APMM also employs support and administrative staff based in our Asia Pacific and USA offices. They help facilitate and take care of administration, accounts, data-basing, logistics, and sales and marketing support and projections.
