Sales Projections and Reporting in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.

Establishing sales targets for each distributor and implementing efforts to achieve those targets.

Assessing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for each country, distributor, region.

Identifying strengths and weaknesses of distributors and proposed measures of change.

Liaising with the manufacturer to identify, qualify and appoint new distributors in specific markets.

Overseeing Supply Chain Management - warehousing, logistics, customs clearance.

Overseeing Compliance with local regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility and Emissions Testing.

Preparing for and participating in industry trade shows on behalf of the manufacturer.

Coordinating promotional events in the region such as clinics, endorsee tours, etc.
